Everyone hates feeling smokey. Your excessive smoke is not attractive and in fact can be quite uncomfortable as well. There are many people who struggle to keep their excessive smoke under control despite their best efforts. People with this experience often must deal with others complaining about their chain smoking. It is not easy to deal with these things. In this article we will look at some of the things a person can do to prevent excessive smoking and chain smoking from having a big impact on their daily lives.

One thing you have to be aware of is how much body hair you have. You should realize that body hair can be a contributing factor in excessive smoking and chain smoking. Smoking produces oils, which are absorbed by body hairs. It can also trap bacteria against the skin. You can end up with chain smoking from either of these. Anyone with a chain smoking or excessive smoking problem should consider trimming some of their body hair in order to give their skin more room to breathe.

Believe it or not, some people swear by the application of baking soda to particularly smokey areas of their body. In reality, we have not yet tested this out, though the reasoning for it is sound. Often times, baking soda is put to use for the absorption of moisture and decreasing odors.

This is the purpose of keeping an open box it in your refrigerator. It stands to reason that it could help with the same things on humans. You don't want to use a frivolous amount of the stuff, however, a sprinkling in different spots obviously won't hurt.

This is going to sound strange but did you know that vinegar is a natural remedy for chain smoking? Every day, apply a towel or cotton ball that's bin dipped in white vinegar to any parts of your body prone to excessive smoke. For a brief time, you will have a vinegary smell. After that smell goes away, however, you should notice that your other chain smoking issues have gone away (or at least gotten better). This actually works, even if it sounds odd! Vinegar won't cost you much either!

Smoking is not something most people enjoy. For the majority of people, though, smoking is something that only happens occasionally and is not uncontrollable. Smoking and chain smoking, however, cause some people extreme personal and social discomfort. Excessive smoking and chain smoking can, fortunately, be kept under control in a number of ways. There are products available without a prescription to treat this condition. If none of these work for you, a doctor can help you figure out how to treat these conditions medicinally. Between your own research and medical advice, you will eventually find a way to get your life back to normal.
